Delete your Nibbles account

This page explains how to delete your Nibbles account and the data linked to it. Nibbles is published by First Nibbles Pty Ltd.

Delete it in the app

Open Nibbles and sign in.
Go to your Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm the deletion.

Can't open the app?

Email hello@thenibblesapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account and confirm by reply, within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details.
Your baby's profile and everything saved under it: allergen logs, reactions and attached photos, meal plans and shopping lists.
Your consent and Terms acceptance records.
Your contact record in our messaging tools.

What may be kept

Subscription and financial records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
The reason you give for leaving, if any, kept without any link to you.
Backup copies, which are overwritten within 90 days.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID subscriptions, so you are not charged again.
